Convenient location close to town with easy transportation and parking. Comfortable accommodation with all necessary facilities including a pool and spacious dining table.
Nothing to fault.

Very comfortable new unit.
Lack of clothing storage. Cramped closet was half filled by iron, ironing board and fan. Shower did not drain well.

The cleanliness of the Unit and the luxury of being able to have a spa bath. Loved the idea of their drinks and nibbles dispenser being accessed via a pin number on your room key. Last but certainly not least having complimentary membership to the YMCA. In fact for me that was one of the highlights!!

The location was really convenient, close to local shops and the supermarket. Being handy to town made it easy to get around. Our room was comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed, and the service was friendly. the swimming pool was a nice touch, offering a refreshing option after a long day.
The decor was outdated and in need of an upgrade.

The garden and pool area is lovely - if we had been there in summer the kids would have really loved the pool. Staff friendly and helpful. Kitchen is very well equipped and good dining area.
Booked for 4 (2 adults/2 children) but 4th bed was pull out sofa bed which is not comfortable!

The location of the hotel is great, very convenient for sightseeing and close to many restaurants. the room was comfortable and spacious with good storage spaces. the swimming pool was a key attraction to choose this hotel, and it's great to have it on-site. the staff was friendly and helpful which made the stay enjoyable.
Although the room was clean and had all necessary amenities, it was a bit dated. Some fixtures and furnishings needed repair or upgrading, which was a bit disappointing.

During our Easter stay, we appreciated the friendly staff and the convenient location of the hotel. It was close to everything we needed and provided easy access to key attractions. Another perk we enjoyed was the fact that the room had a TV on a push-around stand, which allowed us to watch comfortably from different angles.
The room was extremely dated and had not been well-maintained. The bed was uncomfortable, and the hot water cylinder was incredibly noisy.

I was given feedback from the group, this is what they said I have been in many motels/hotels around the country and this room was awesome. It was clean, smelt clean, heaps of room, cooking facilities, quiet and relaxing when we got in from work. Very cosy and comfortable. Not far from the main centre of the city.

We were very well looked after by staff. The room was very well appointed and prepared. The swimming pool was a pleasant bonus! We will definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends.
